It’s a pleasure to introduce myself to you. I’m Emily Rose, the newest addition to the Wellness Clinic team. As a passionate and dedicated naturopathic practitioner, I’m thrilled to share my journey with you. Growing up in a family with a biomedical background, I quickly realised that good health isn’t about just treating symptoms or relying on quick fixes. True health comes from understanding root causes and working with the body’s innate ability to restore balance. This curiosity led me to study naturopathy and herbal medicine, where I learned to combine evidence-based and scientifically proven practices with natural therapies to help people achieve their best possible health. Now, I’m excited to bring my knowledge and passion to those at Wellness Clinic who are ready to embark on their own healing journey.

I have a particular interest in nervous system regulation and mental and emotional wellbeing. Many of the individuals I work with are facing stress, anxiety, depression, or burnout, and I help them restore balance and clarity through natural therapies that nurture both the mind and body. I also support those experiencing sleep disturbances, mood imbalances, or emotional challenges, offering techniques that promote resilience and emotional harmony.
My care extends to physical health as well, with a particular focus on digestive health. A healthy gut is foundational to overall wellness, and I help people navigate issues such as bloating, food sensitivities, or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) by addressing root causes and improving gut function. In addition, I assist in strengthening immune function, helping individuals with chronic infections or frequent illnesses find lasting support. For those dealing with thyroid imbalances or autoimmune conditions, I offer treatments that focus on managing symptoms, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall healing.
I also work with people experiencing respiratory concerns, from asthma and allergies to chronic sinus issues, helping them breathe more easily and live more comfortably. My approach also supports those experiencing skin concerns such as eczema, psoriasis, acne, and rosacea, providing natural soultions to foster healthy, glowing skin from within
